Information About Our Community

Established in 1970, the 125 homes in The Woodlands Section Five are located on two 18 hole championship golf courses of the Woodlands Country Club. The golf course is currently owned by Clublink Corporation and is permanently closed.




We would like to thank everyone for their patience as we finish some of the repairs regarding the pool. It will be closed until this is resloved. 



We would like to introduce our company Jackson | Lastra Property Management Group to you. We are your new management company at Woodlands Section Five Association, INC. We want you to know that we are the custodians of your community and the steward of one of your most valuable and precious assets – your home.

We have been working within the industry for 28 years with an excellent track record for customer satisfaction. Board of Directors – if a meeting is deemed necessary, it will be the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. There are no BOD meetings in July, August, November or December due to the summer and winter breaks. The Annual Meeting is the second Sunday of December and all residents are encouraged to attend. The date and agenda for Board of Directors meetings will be posted on the Section 5 clubhouse bulletin board and are also posted on the Section 5 calendar (link below).

If Meeting VIA Zoom: Section Five members/homeowners wishing to attend the board meeting can send an email to and provide their name, address and telephone number. A board member will send the ZOOM information to the member/homeowner prior to the meeting.
